LOCATED on Main Street right next to Lava Hot Spring’s World Famous Hot Pools and right near the tube put-in locations.
PRICES range from $9 per person for a hour to $19 for a day for a single tube. Double, Triple, and Quad tubes also available. See fee table below.
DURATION: Rent by the hour or rent by the day.
GROUP RATES available (reunions, scouts, youth groups, etc). Group rates begin at 15 people total. Email or call us to make group arrangements.
SIZES: Float the Portneuf River on TPD’s single, double, triple, or quad tubes.
OPEN all summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day, everyday. HOURS: Monday thru Saturday—Open at 11:00am; Sunday—Open at Noon.
FLOAT TIMES are from 11:00 am (noon Sunday) to 6:30 pm. Last tubes rented at 6:30; need to be off the river and tubes returned by 7:30.
SECURITY COLLATERAL. Collateral Items Accepted: Drivers license, credit card, keys to car, money for the amount that replaces the cost of the tube.
DISCOUNT COUPONS valid Monday thru Thursday only (excluding holidays). Bring printed copy of coupon to receive discount; one per person.
LIABILITY WAIVER must be signed by each person to rent tubes. Download below.

LIFE JACKETS are provided on request at no charge with your tube rental and RECOMMENDED for all children and non-swimmers. We recommend children 6 and under DO NOT float the river!
If you FLIP OUT of your tube and can’t catch it: Don’t try to stand in swift water or water that is more than knee-deep, as your feet can become trapped. Rather, position yourself so that your feet are pointed downstream (do not go head first) as you maneuver yourself over to the bank.
TUBE WITH A FRIEND or in a group for help if needed.
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING: Wear shorts and a pair of old tennis shoes, water shoes or river sandals to protect your feet. NO FLIP-FLOPS—you will loose them.
NO GLASS CONTAINERS at or on the river. And PLEASE do not litter the trails or our beautiful river.
NO LOOSE ITEMS. Do not float with loose items like wallets, keys, loose-fitting jewelry and other valuables. Secure eye or sunglasses with some sort of retention cord.
